A tasty array of fresh baked lobster, scallops, haddock and shrimp, topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of crushed Ritz crackers. Served with potato and vegetable (our chef recommends J Lohr Chardonnay).

Oven Roasted Prime Rib Beef au Jus

Slow oven roasted tender USDA prime rib served with homemade popovers, potato and vegetable. Your choice of Queen or King cut (our chef recommends J Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon).

Fresh Grilled Swordfish Oscar

Topped with lobster, roasted peppers, asparagus and shaved parmesan.  Finished with a buttery tarragon sauce (our chef recommends Wente Chardonnay).

Salmon Wellington en Croute

Atlantic Salmon Filet with sautéed baby spinach and mushrooms, wrapped in puff pastry with a lobster sherry sauce (our chef recommends Man Vintners Chenin Blanc).

Choice USDA 1 lb Porterhouse Steak

Cooked to your liking and served with a creamy tarragon butter sauce.  Accompanied by potato and vegetable (0ur chef recommends 90+ Malbec).

Fresh Seafood Bouillabaisse

Lobster, clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp and swordfish simmered in a fish fumet with leeks, bacon and Vidalia onions, served with toasted ciabatta bread (our chef recommends Seaglass Riesling).
