Lamie's Inn Policies

Welcome to Lamie's Inn. If you have any questions or concerns please call our front desk staff.  There is someone available 24/7.  (603) 926-0330

Check-in & Check-out: Our check-in time is anytime after 3pm.  We ask that you please notify our front desk staff if you are planning to arrive after 10pm.  To guarantee your reservation we may authorize your credit card anytime after 6pm on the day of arrival.  Check-out time is 11am.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us within 72 hours prior to your arrival day.  If you do not cancel within this time frame, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for a one-night stay.

Key Fees: We ask that you return your keys to the front desk upon check-out.  Guests who do not return keys may be charged a $15.00 replacement fee per key.

Smoking Policy: Lamie's Inn is a non-smoking  facility. For the comfort of all of our guests; we ask that you not smoke in your room.  There is a $50.00 cleaning fee if this policy is violated.

Pet Policy:  We offer several rooms to accommodate you and your pet.  Our pet charge is $10.00 per pet per night.  Also, your credit card will be authorized  for an additional $50.00 pet deposit.  This deposit will not be charged to the credit card unless there is damage to the room or hotel property.  Pets are to be less than 40lbs and cannot be left unattended in the room, with the exception of dining in   our restaurant.
