During the summer tourist season, The Old Salt is one of the busiest restaurants in the area. In addition to our year-round staff, we hire approximately 80-100 additional employees. Although experienced personnel are preferred, we do offer a training program for hard-working, motivated individuals interested in joining the restaurant industry.
